Cargo Courier Sales/Operations Executive

About the role

The Cargo Courier Sales/Operations Executive will drive cargo sales growth while managing end‑to‑end shipment processes. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, agents and airline partners, and ensure that cargo moves smoothly from booking through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new cargo sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Handle cargo inquiries, quotations, bookings and follow‑ups with customers.
• Coordinate with clients, airlines, freight forwarders, agents and other stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day cargo operations, including shipment coordination and tracking.
• Prepare and verify cargo‑related documents and ensure accurate data entry.
• Oversee cargo acceptance, handling, dispatch and delivery processes.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues, customer queries and shipment‑related concerns promptly.
• Follow up on pending shipments, documentation, payments and other operational requirements.
• Maintain proper records of sales, bookings, shipments and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable cargo handling procedures.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
