About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our Kathmandu office. You will be responsible for producing engaging digital content that supports our clients' branding, marketing, and sales objectives across various online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and produce text, visual, and multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Research industry trends and audience insights to inform content strategy.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts.
• Coordinate and manage creators, actors, and other production resources.
• Optimize content for audience engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Track and analyze content performance to guide future strategies.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting, basic visual production, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to research topics, understand brand guidelines, and translate business objectives into clear, audience‑focused content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills, and comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
