Content Creator

About the role

Enlighten Infosys is seeking a creative Content Creator to produce engaging copy for its digital presence. Working on‑site in Kathmandu, you will help translate technical IT solutions into clear, audience‑focused content across websites, blogs, social media and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, draft and edit content topics aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Produce copy for websites, blog posts, social media updates and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to ensure visual‑content cohesion.
• Adapt complex technical information into accessible narratives for non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and optimize content for SEO and other online channels.
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for future strategy.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms.
• Experience planning content calendars, preferably in an IT or technology environment.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media best practices and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple projects on tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
