Content Director

About the role

The Content Director will lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across both digital and offline channels for Oliz Store. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on strengthening the brand and enhancing customer engagement through strategic content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee content calendars and manage a team of writers and creators.
• Review and refine product descriptions, campaigns, and marketing materials to ensure brand‑consistent voice.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and e‑commerce teams to optimise content for the customer journey.
• Analyse content performance metrics and continuously improve quality and impact.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in content strategy and development.
• Advanced writing and content‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in content marketing that drives engagement and conversion.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship of content teams with solid project‑management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, SEO principles, and social‑media best practices.
• Comfort working with technology and electronics products; retail or e‑commerce experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field (advanced qualifications a plus).
