Creative Content Creator for Social Media

About the role

CodeMantra is seeking a camera‑confident Content Creator to bring its brand story to life across social platforms. You will be the face and voice of short‑form video content, turning raw footage into engaging posts that resonate with students, parents and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot and present short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit footage by adding captions, transitions, music and effects to produce polished, on‑brand content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaign concepts.
• Stay current with social‑media trends and integrate them into content strategies.
• Coordinate with students, parents, influencers or internal team members for collaborative projects.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement and awareness.

Required profile

• Strong confidence appearing and speaking on camera.
• Basic to intermediate video‑editing proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali or both.
• Creative mindset with a solid grasp of social‑media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
