Customer Success Associate – Renewal Team (SaaS Cloud Telephony)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our Renewal Team. You will work with our SaaS Cloud Telephony platform, ensuring clients renew their subscriptions on time and continue to receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients to remind them of upcoming subscription renewals and collect due charges within the specified timeframe.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address client queries and concerns related to renewals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional services during the renewal process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal status using CRM software.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential renewal risks such as client dissatisfaction or service issues.
• Stay updated on cloud telephony services and industry trends to better assist clients.
