Engineer Sales Officer

About the role

The Engineer Sales Officer is responsible for driving new business across commercial, industrial and institutional segments. You will build strong relationships with architects, contractors, owners and facility managers while supporting a network of qualified dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new projects by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and facilities sectors.
• Develop, maintain and expand a qualified dealer network within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
• Conduct site surveys with technicians, produce estimates and propose consultative sales solutions.
• Prepare quotations, costings and technical data for customers.
• Generate sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedules and ensure timely product delivery.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling air‑conditioner, VRV or VRF solutions.
• Valid driving licence and personal two‑wheeler vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management preferred; engineering degree with sales experience also acceptable.
• Proven B2B or dealer‑sales experience in the HVAC sector.
• Strong sales orientation, customer focus and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Air‑conditioner (VRV/VRF) product knowledge.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
