Field Sales Officer – SME Market

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Officer to drive our business in Nepal’s SME sector. The role involves direct, face-to-face engagement with customers, showcasing our solutions and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit SME clients across Nepal to present products and conduct live demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback to the product team.
• Mentor and train junior sales representatives as the team grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or SME sales experience.
• Background in software, fintech, banking, insurance or related sectors.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and direct selling.
• Fluent in Nepali with working proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated leadership potential to guide future sales staff.

Required skills

• Strong product demonstration and negotiation abilities.
• Effective relationship-building and prospect conversion.
• Experience managing sales pipelines within a CRM environment.
