Head of Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to build and lead the sales function for AI‑enabled engineering and technology services. This hands‑on player‑coach role will own the full revenue cycle, from go‑to‑market strategy to pipeline generation, solution selling, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for AI‑enabled engineering services across international markets.
• Identify target industries, customer segments, buyer personas, and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Own the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft customized solutions, proposals, and commercial structures.
• Establish a disciplined, CRM‑driven sales process with accurate forecasting.
• Recruit, coach, and manage SDRs, Account Executives, and other sales professionals as the function scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex technology services (IT, software engineering, AI/ML, digital transformation) to senior technical decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to build sales processes, playbooks, pipelines, and teams from the ground up.
• Strong track record of international sales and enterprise‑level deal management.
