Healthcare Sales Executive

About the role

Arogin Health Care is seeking energetic and target‑oriented Sales Executives to expand its patient and client base across multiple locations in Nepal. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building professional relationships, and achieving defined sales targets within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads, conduct field and corporate visits, and convert prospects into patients or clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organisations, institutions, referral partners and potential customers.
• Promote healthcare services through health camps, community outreach, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and referrals to maximise conversion rates.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with clinical, customer‑care and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports.
• Contribute ideas for improving sales performance and business growth.

Required profile

• Willingness to conduct field visits, corporate visits and promotional activities.
• Readiness to travel within and outside the assigned locations as needed.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated and result‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
