Human Resource Manager

About the role

Hotel Ichchha, a 5‑star luxury hotel in Simara, is looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead its HR function for a team of over 100 staff. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, champion the organisational culture and ensure robust HR systems across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for hospitality talent.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, driving engagement, conflict resolution and welfare programmes.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, training roadmaps and career development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Update and enforce employee handbooks, code of conduct, health and safety policies and disciplinary frameworks.
• Monitor workforce metrics, turnover rates and labour costs, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (24 months) in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage HR processes for a workforce of more than 100 employees.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and HR best practices.
