About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our automobile and bike assembly plant in Bhairahawa. The role will oversee all HR activities, ensuring compliance with Nepalese labour regulations while fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Lead recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding for production and support staff.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure alignment with Nepal labour laws and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or the automobile sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
