International Sales Representative – IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Representative to expand our footprint in global markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for IT solutions, software, and offshore development services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects in target regions using LinkedIn, directories and industry databases.
• Run outbound email and social‑selling campaigns to generate interest and build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct high‑impact calls, demos and presentations for C‑level executives, product owners and tech leads abroad.
• Tailor pitches to complex client requirements and clearly communicate our technical capabilities and value proposition.
• Nurture leads through strategic follow‑ups and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams after a sale.
• Address objections with data‑driven, tech‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience selling IT solutions, software or digital services internationally.
• Flawless English communication – both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and manage client relationships across time zones.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with web, mobile and cloud tech stacks.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and QA processes.
