International Sales Representative – IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Representative to expand our presence in global markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with C‑level executives to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects in international markets using LinkedIn, directories and industry databases.
• Run outbound email and social‑selling campaigns to generate interest.
• Conduct introductory calls, demos and high‑impact presentations for C‑level, product owners and tech leads abroad.
• Understand client requirements and pitch customized software, offshore development teams or project‑based services.
• Nurture leads through strategic follow‑ups and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Address objections with technical solutions and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in international IT solution or software sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets independently.
• Flawless verbal and written English communication.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and international client communication.
