Junior Sales Officer

About the role

The Junior Sales Officer will support the sales team of Sipradi Trading by identifying potential customers, handling enquiries and promoting TATA Commercial Vehicles. This entry‑level position focuses on building strong customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, showroom walk‑ins and other prospecting activities.
• Promote and sell TATA Commercial Vehicles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting vehicle features, benefits and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective follow‑up, negotiation and timely closure of opportunities.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration and after‑sales service teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence, and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
