Junior Sales Officer – Lead Generation & Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, target‑oriented Junior Sales Officer to support lead generation, client acquisition, field sales and business development activities in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, online channels and field visits.
• Contact potential customers, conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations and follow‑ups.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and sales documents, and keep accurate records in CRM or Excel.
• Work toward assigned sales targets, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and produce regular sales and client‑visit reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field (freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience are welcome).
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a proactive, disciplined and target‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable with cold calling, field work and basic market/competitor research.
• Valid driving license and access to a two‑wheeler are mandatory.
