Junior Sales Officer – Multiple Locations in Nepal

About the role

Janaki Polychem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Junior Sales Officers to join its sales team across several locations in Nepal. The role focuses on driving sales of chemical‑related products, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day sales operations and ensure smooth order processing.
• Generate leads, prospect new clients, and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Execute channel‑sales strategies, identify partnership opportunities, and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service and sales operations, preferably in flooring, furnishing, carpet or rexine sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Monthly salary ranging from 25,000 NPR to 30,000 NPR.
