Key Accounts Manager – FMCG (Health & Beauty)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Accounts Manager to drive growth for Health & Beauty brands on Daraz. You will partner with top sellers and brand representatives to create promotional schemes, expand assortments, and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key Daraz sellers and brand representatives in the Health & Beauty category.
• Design and execute promotions and schemes that boost sales and add value for customers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, logistics, and top‑selling SKUs to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Ensure sellers meet operational KPIs such as order processing, customer communication, and stock accuracy.
• Conduct monthly seller meetings, track daily business metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Increase product assortment, analyze data for growth opportunities, and produce performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional members to align sales and marketing plans (WOW, MOM, QOQ, YOY).
• Visit warehouses regularly to verify processes, especially during campaign periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales, communication, or negotiation (including part‑time roles).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to produce data‑driven reports.
• Additional certifications or training in marketing, sales, or related fields are a plus.
• Own a 2‑wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
