Kiln Operator – Cement Plant

About the role

The Kiln Operator will manage and monitor kiln operations at United Cements Ltd., ensuring the production of high‑quality cement while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards. This role is essential for keeping the plant running efficiently and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control kiln machinery according to production schedules.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other critical process parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of production data and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize kiln efficiency and output.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience operating kiln equipment in an industrial setting.
• B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of firing processes and temperature control.
• Knowledge of raw material preparation and handling.
• Commitment to safety compliance and hazard awareness.
