About the role
One Way Cafe is seeking a friendly and reliable Lady Barista/Server to join its team in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing coffee and other beverages, taking food orders, and delivering a welcoming experience to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks using café equipment.
- Take guest orders accurately, process payments, and deliver items promptly.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked service area and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or barista training is a plus.
- Basic math ability for cash handling.
