Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive brand visibility and customer acquisition through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role works closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure cohesive market outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand‑building initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, technology, IT solutions, or service‑based businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with a practical, business‑oriented approach.
• Understanding of customer acquisition and brand promotion.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership.
