About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead daily operations at Yak Chew Supply Company. The role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with production, warehouse, procurement, and export teams to maintain efficient and compliant business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and generate inventory reports.
• Ensure product traceability and proper documentation.
• Coordinate activities with production, warehouse, procurement, and export teams.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures and operational processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in operations, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive process improvements.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and traceability.
