About the role
Sweet Fix is seeking an organized and proactive Orders and Logistics Officer to support daily operations across its growing network of outlets and partners. The role focuses on managing order flow, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure customers receive fresh, high‑quality products on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track daily orders from multiple outlets and partners.
- Coordinate with dispatch, delivery teams, and outlet managers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Support inventory tracking, reporting, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain clear communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Own laptop and smartphone for daily operations.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving license is an advantage.
