About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at Himalayan Java Coffee. In this mid‑level position you will oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business performance of the outlet.
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
- Coordinate restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
- Train, manage and motivate staff.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage cash drawers and petty cash.
Required profile
- Motivated and experienced professional.
- Mid‑level experience (minimum 3 years) in outlet or restaurant management.
