Partnership Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Partnership Associate to drive vendor acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management across our Food, Bazaar, and Rental services. You will work closely with the Acquisition Executive and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth partnership operations and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new vendors for Food, Bazaar, and Rental services through lead follow‑ups and field coordination.
• Assist the Acquisition Executive with vendor outreach, presentations, and communication of platform benefits.
• Collect, organize, and maintain vendor documentation, including contracts, renewals, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with Data and Executive teams to track vendor performance and market trends.
• Support vendor training on dashboard usage and platform processes.
• Help execute campaigns, promotions, merchandising, and other partnership initiatives.
• Assist in vendor‑tier strategies under executive guidance.
• Participate in vendor meetings focused on branding, marketing, and business improvement.
• Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with vendors.
• Prepare daily/weekly updates and contribute to performance reports.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Executive or Team Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions.
• Basic decision‑making, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or administrative support is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite.
