Patient Management or Relationship Officer

About the role

The Patient Management or Relationship Officer will act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination of appointments and procedures, and a positive experience. Working within Kalash Services’ healthcare support team, the officer will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, investigations, procedures and follow‑ups, serving as the primary liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Monitor treatment schedules, follow up on required tests, reports, medications and milestones as directed by the clinical team.
• Communicate regularly with patients via phone, email or messaging platforms, addressing routine queries and escalating clinical concerns to appropriate professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, collect consent forms and ensure compliance with privacy and clinic policies.
• Work with the billing/accounts team to provide information on treatment packages, payments and insurance documentation.
• Conduct timely post‑procedure and post‑consultation follow‑ups, tracking pending matters and ensuring continuity of care.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to privacy regulations.
• Proactive attitude in escalating clinical issues and patient concerns.
