Physiotherapist – Pediatric Rehabilitation

About the role

The Muna Nepal Organization is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to provide therapeutic services for children with developmental and physical challenges such as cerebral palsy and autism. The role involves delivering individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and supporting families in a community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify each child’s physical development needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans targeting physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate and guide families to support ongoing therapy at home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and medical staff.
• Participate in outreach programs, camps, and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Experience in pediatric handling and knowledge of pediatric therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to travel for camps and outreach activities.
