Product Manager – Drive Growth for x-Lab

About the role

The Product Manager will lead revenue growth and market expansion for the x‑Lab technology brand across Nepal. Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams, you will identify new market segments, build strategic partnerships and drive adoption of x‑Lab solutions in homes, offices and learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for x‑Lab products in residential, office, institutional and educational settings.
• Lead geographical expansion by targeting new cities, regions and market segments.
• Evaluate, onboard and manage strategic partners such as system integrators, contractors, distributors and institutional collaborators.
• Design and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement market‑specific campaigns.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research and outreach.
• Coordinate with product teams to ensure solutions meet technical and customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs including revenue, partner acquisition and market penetration.
• Collect market intelligence on customers, competitors and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Represent x‑Lab at events, trainings and partner visits to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or related sales roles.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience in sales pipeline management.
• Ability to use reporting and analytics tools.
