Project Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Sales Officer to identify and develop project‑based sales opportunities for our paint and coating products. The role involves building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and project owners while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new construction, renovation and painting projects within the assigned territory.
• Visit project sites and engage with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and developers.
• Promote company paints and coatings, provide suitable solutions and generate leads.
• Prepare quotations, follow up and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Build and sustain relationships with project stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, marketing and logistics teams for smooth product delivery.
• Follow up on orders, payments and outstanding amounts.
• Record project and customer information in CRM/SFA and produce regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual project sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project or institutional sales, business development or a related B2B role.
• Strong network among contractors, builders, architects, consultants and developers.
• Good knowledge of the local construction and paints market.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for project and client visits.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/SFA systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
