Property Manager – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are seeking a prudent Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The role focuses on maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective management and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including day‑to‑day operations.
• Design business plans tailored to customer needs and property objectives.
• Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance to meet quality standards.
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants.
• Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors promptly and reliably.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract new tenants.
• Collect receivables, handle operating expenses, and oversee budgeting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting requirements and analyzing variances.
• Oversee property personnel, assess performance, and ensure team effectiveness.
• Achieve financial targets and report on financial performance regularly.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
• Stay updated on job and market knowledge.
