About the role

We are a UK‑based property management company seeking a committed and ambitious Property Manager to join our Nepal‑based remote team. This is a long‑term career opportunity in UK real estate and property management with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

Manage UK residential tenancies after tenants move in.
Monitor rent payments, send reminders and manage rent arrears.
Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams.
Coordinate property repairs and maintenance from initial report through to completion.
Monitor compliance including Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, alarms, insurance and required documentation.
Arrange property inspections, check‑outs and end‑of‑tenancy processes.
Assist with tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation.
Maintain accurate property, financial and maintenance records on ALTO, OneDrive and internal systems.
Develop working knowledge of UK lettings legislation, tenancy procedures and property maintenance.
Take ownership of assigned properties, follow‑ups, tasks and deadlines.
