About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchase Officer to join the Purchase Department of New Hope Agro Business Nepal. The role focuses on sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support the company’s operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source and procure materials in a cost‑effective and timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct market visits to identify new suppliers and compare prices.
- Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Required profile
- At least 12 months of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
