About the role
The organization is looking for a motivated Purchasing Assistant to support its procurement activities in Naxal, Kathmandu. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient acquisition of goods and services while working closely with the purchasing team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day purchasing processes, including order preparation and follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier communications.
- Support inventory management by ensuring timely delivery of required items.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement related role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
