Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join Nepal Jutta Factory. The role involves driving sales growth and creating effective marketing strategies for our product range across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet assigned revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, expanding the distributor and sales network in targeted areas.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely product supply.
• Follow up on client payments to meet agreed timelines and achieve sales goals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, regular activity reports and detailed performance analyses.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximise profitability.
• Provide additional support tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Highly motivated individual with at least three years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Result‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
