About the role

The Sales Associate will focus on acquiring new business clients, driving growth, and maintaining strong merchant relationships to meet sales targets. This is a field‑based position that requires frequent visits to merchants within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business through field sales.
  • Generate leads and onboard new clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular market visits to spot opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain sales records and submit timely reports.

Required profile

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, FMCG or general trade.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target‑driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
