Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote and sell automobiles to potential customers in our Thapathali showroom, working towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, arranging test drives and supporting customers through the purchase and delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell automobiles, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Generate new leads through walk‑ins, referrals, networking and field visits.
• Welcome customers, assess their requirements, budget and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide detailed information on models, features, specifications, pricing and current offers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
• Assist customers with quotations, booking procedures and required documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile sector.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs and budget.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales management systems for lead tracking and documentation.
