Sales Head – Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

About the role

The Sales Head will report to the Sales Director and lead revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility for a leading healthcare diagnostics provider. The role oversees four core sales verticals, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures execution excellence across networking, trade, corporate, and BTL activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale collection‑center networks, franchise models, and High‑Level Medical (HLM) partnerships, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
• Lead doctor, clinic, and specialty sales initiatives, including medico‑marketing programs, CME events, and referral alliances.
• Acquire and manage corporate health‑check contracts, oversee tendering, empanelment, and RFP processes for banks, pharma, industries, PSUs, and government bodies.
• Plan and execute BTL activities such as health camps and post‑event follow‑ups to boost sample flow and brand awareness.
• Mentor field sales teams, set territory targets, and review performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare diagnostics or related medical services.
• Proven ability to build and manage large partner networks and institutional accounts.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑management, and execution skills for BTL campaigns.
• Leadership capability to drive cross‑functional teams toward revenue targets.
