Sales Head - Electric Two-Wheeler

About the role

The Sales Head will lead the overall sales function for a reputable electric two‑wheeler company in Kathmandu. This senior position is responsible for shaping sales strategy, expanding the dealer network, and driving revenue and market share in the EV two‑wheeler segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments and growth areas within the electric two‑wheeler market.
• Build, expand and manage a nationwide dealer/distributor network, monitoring performance and inventory.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and ensure effective territory planning.
• Drive market penetration through retail, corporate, fleet and partnership initiatives, supporting product launches and sales activation programs.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse funnels, prepare forecasts and present regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in automotive or electric vehicle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue and market‑share targets.
• Experience managing dealer or distribution networks and fostering strong partner relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability objectives.
