Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote, Nepal)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will work remotely from Nepal to promote Saathi Sneha Care’s services to the Nepali diaspora and local communities. The role combines digital marketing, outreach, and sales pipeline management to increase brand awareness and service utilization. Collaboration with internal care teams ensures messaging is authentic and client‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads) targeting the Nepali diaspora in the US, UK, Australia, Gulf and other regions.
• Manage social media presence and maintain a bilingual content calendar in English and Nepali.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and patient testimonials.
• Run SEO and content marketing initiatives for saathisnehacare.com to drive consultation bookings.
• Build partnerships with diaspora community organizations, temples, and Nepali associations abroad.
• Manage email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns to guide leads through the consultation funnel.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (leads, conversion rates, CAC).
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups and manage sales pipelines to generate and close new client relationships.
• Support local marketing initiatives, coordinate promotional events and assist in staff training on sales and customer engagement best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, partners and internal teams.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Experience delivering training on sales processes and client interaction standards.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within healthcare, social services or community‑focused sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex when required, with occasional local travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Experience using presentation software and productivity applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp marketing.
