Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive new business opportunities and nurture existing dealer relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing collections, and supporting after‑sales service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Promote company products and implement sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after‑sales service.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; FMCG background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license preferred.
