Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Officer to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the beverage/FMCG sector. The role involves managing assigned territories, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and other business customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
