Sales Support & Customer Service Executive (Food Industry)

About the role

The Sales Support/Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for industry customers, handling inquiries, order follow‑up, billing status and feedback. This role ensures smooth order processing from entry in the Bizom/ERP system to final dispatch, supporting the sales team in a fast‑moving food company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular tele‑calling with customers for inquiries, order updates, billing status and feedback.
• Enter and monitor customer orders in Bizom/ERP, ensuring timely processing.
• Convert unbilled customers to billed status by coordinating with sales, accounts and logistics.
• Support new product launches through calls and emails, communicating features, benefits and pricing.
• Assist with stock movement, rotation and clearance activities.
• Track sales performance of billed customers and monitor slow‑moving vs fast‑moving stock.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups and billing status in Excel/CRM/Bizom.
• Provide the sales team with lead information, order status and customer coordination.
• Prepare periodic reports on follow‑ups, order punching, billing status and system activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in tele‑calling, sales coordination or customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow‑up, coordination and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (Bizom preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
