Sales Trainer – 2W Automobile (Assistant Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to lead training initiatives for our two‑wheel automobile network across Nepal. The role combines curriculum design, hands‑on coaching, and performance assessment to boost dealer sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales, product, and process training programs.
• Train dealer sales staff, regional managers, and relationship officers.
• Create training modules, presentations, and assessment tools.
• Conduct classroom sessions, role‑plays, on‑floor coaching, and dealer floor audits.
• Support new employee onboarding and product launches.
• Assess and certify sales teams through structured evaluations.
• Track training effectiveness, scores, and sales conversion impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 3–4+ years experience in sales or product training, preferably in the automobile or two‑wheel sector.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Train‑the‑Trainer or L&D certification is an advantage.
