Senior B2B Sales Officer – Freight & Logistics

About the role

Mobility Freight is looking for a proactive, target‑driven Senior B2B Sales Officer to expand its freight forwarding and logistics services. The role focuses on outdoor sales, client acquisition and relationship management with corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outdoor B2B sales for air, ocean and road freight services, generating leads through cold calling, networking and market visits.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and follow‑ups to convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Record leads, client interactions and sales pipeline; submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or courier services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Experience in outdoor sales and corporate relationship management.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and access to a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of air, ocean and road freight, courier and customs clearance services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong follow‑up and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor sales environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
