Senior Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Senior Relationship Officer to strengthen our referral network and build long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit specialist doctors (Neurologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Oncologists, etc.) to promote the organization’s healthcare services.
• Develop and maintain long‑term referral relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new referral partners such as hospitals, clinics, schools, hotels, and corporate organisations.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to introduce the organization’s healthcare solutions.
• Plan and execute daily field visits while achieving assigned outreach and relationship‑building targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, referrals, follow‑ups, and business development activities.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in relationship or business development roles.
• Proven track record of building and managing referral networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet outreach targets.
• Passion for promoting healthcare services and solutions.
