Senior Sales Executive – FMCG Franchise & HORECA

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead the expansion of Nimbus Bazar’s franchise network and drive HORECA and institutional sales across targeted markets. This role combines territory development, partner onboarding, and operational oversight to ensure strong brand presence and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage Nimbus Bazar’s franchise network by identifying suitable locations and onboarding new franchise partners.
• Develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, schools, hospitals and corporate institutions (HORECA & Institutional Sales).
• Regularly visit franchise outlets to monitor performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product availability and maintain optimum inventory levels at franchise outlets.
• Implement visual merchandising, pricing, promotional and branding standards consistently.
• Train franchise owners and teams on store operations, product knowledge, POS systems and company SOPs.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG or agribusiness, preferably in rural or semi‑urban markets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
• Strong FMCG sales and distribution skills, including territory management and retail execution.
• Ability to analyse sales data, track KPIs and use market research for planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
