Senior Sales Officer – B2B Sales (Freight & Logistics)

About the role

Mobility Freight is looking for a proactive Senior Sales Officer to lead B2B sales and business development for its freight forwarding and logistics services. The role focuses on outdoor sales, client visits, lead generation, and building long‑term relationships with corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outdoor B2B sales for air, ocean and road freight services.
• Identify, approach and acquire new corporate clients, importers, exporters, traders and manufacturers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and follow‑ups to convert leads into contracts.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, spotting cross‑selling opportunities.
• Record leads, visits and conversions; submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements through regular market visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or courier.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Experience in outdoor sales, client acquisition and corporate relationship management.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and access to a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
