Software Development Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Software Development Team Lead to drive the creation and evolution of our SaaS‑based platform. The role blends technical contribution with team coordination, ensuring the product remains secure, scalable, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development team while actively coding.
• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end features.
• Contribute to system architecture and make key technical decisions.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical tasks and priorities.
• Review code, resolve complex issues, and mentor other developers.
• Build and maintain APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, user roles, workflows, and document‑related features.
• Develop AI‑enabled functionality, including LLM and RAG integrations.
• Collaborate with sales, customer, product, and QA teams to gather feedback and prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate testing, bug fixing, deployments, releases, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Support and improve DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure the platform’s security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track progress, own technical delivery, and communicate risks or blockers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional software development experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical lead or team‑lead role.
• Strong hands‑on full‑stack development background.
• Proven ability to manage project priorities and releases.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
