About the role

Seekshya Academy of Chartered Certified Accountancy is looking for a dedicated Academic Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its academic department. The role involves ensuring smooth delivery of programmes, supporting faculty, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the academic department.
• Coordinate academic planning, class schedules, examinations, and curriculum implementation.
• Supervise and support faculty to maintain teaching quality.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and management.
• Organise academic events, workshops, seminars, and orientation programmes.
• Maintain academic records and prepare departmental reports.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and ACCA academic standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in academic delivery.
• Promote a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Required profile

• ACCA Affiliate or ACCA Member.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in academic coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with faculty, students, and management.
