AI-Assisted Developer for SMB Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Assisted Developer to build fast, practical, and reliable software solutions for small and medium‑sized business clients. The role combines AI‑assisted coding with full‑stack development, code review, testing, deployment and client requirements gathering.

Key responsibilities

• Build small, scoped software tools and workflow solutions using AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Collaborate with the BDO during requirements‑gathering discussions to understand client workflows, assess technical feasibility, and define clear technical requirements.
• Develop and integrate frontend, backend, database, API, and other components required for each project.
• Review, test, debug, and improve AI‑generated code to identify security issues, edge cases, errors, and potential failures before deployment.
• Deploy completed applications to production, including basic hosting, environment setup, and simple CI/CD where required.
• Prepare simple handover documentation and explain completed solutions clearly to non‑technical clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience developing and delivering software using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong full‑stack development skills with experience in frontend technologies (React/Vue) and backend technologies (Python/Node.js) and databases.
• Ability to work with different technology stacks, quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, and verify AI‑generated code before use.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
